What cities that are populated or not.

So I basicly made this topic because I'm a little confused, and I'd like to say my opinion on this. So here's a list of my opinion on populated or not.

Dalaran - Not (Danikar (my alt) uses this city, he will attempt to persuade people to leave if you enter. He's allready taken 2 captives.
Shattrath - Not(obviously)
Stormwind - Moderate Population.
Orgrimmar - Moderate Population
Silvermoon - Lesser Population
Ironforge - Lesser Population
Exodar - Not
Undercity - (used for Volatanaras interior.)
Thunderbluff - Lesser Population
Darnassus - Very Minor Population.

Danikar no longer has any captives.
